Feeds App does nothing in ES 1.1.4 on my site.

When I click in the Feeds App icon in my Profile Page - I see this: No feed items created yet There is no way for me to add Feeds with this version of ES 1.1.4
To add feeds, you need to access it from the dashboard page. Please see screen shot here, http://screencast.com/t/t9qgs4AjN
