I have checked the code, it seems like you have to enable this option from your backend integration setting -> New blog post activity during RSS import check my screenshot : http://screencast.com/t/QOpENsMb
I have help you disable it, it work fine now. (mean the stream only post to JS which new blog post is published)

During Feed import , THe SEF is not sent to Jomsocial activety stream.

If i create a Blog post, THe link of the blog is SEF on activety stream of jomsocial.

BUt not rss import. IT is not SEF on activety Stream.

When i turn on this New blog post activity during RSS import option and turn off New blog post activity option, then i tried do the feed import, it seems like the URL is showing SEF, please have a check : http://screencast.com/t/7smVakXFWw
