Feed Importer doesn't seem to be working for me. I am getting this message when trying to import a feed: "There is nothing to be imported from the remote site currently."

Please help
Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

Are you renewed the Easyblog license yesterday? If yes, I will discuss with our sales department whether can change your current license support domain to http://www.navigatio.me/more .

By the way, regarding with your feed importer issue, it seems like I was unable to access this feed URL on the page, you can check my attached screenshot below.

May i know you can access this feed URL?

Hey David,

Our sales department already help you changed your support domain to http://www.navigatio.me/more from your current license, can you give it a check?

By the way, I've tried to troubleshoot this RSS feed import issue, it seems like it return this following message from the response when we crawl your RSS feed URL.

Please turn JavaScript on and reload the page.

Perhaps you can try contact this RSS feed provider to know whether can possible to disable their DDos protection from their Cloudflare server regarding this RSS feed URL?

Thanks - I tried posting again (with a different, valid RSS feed) - and I am getting the following error message on the front end of my site: "Could not instantiate mail function."

Hey David,

When you hitting this warning "Could not instantiate mail function." is actually not related with the feed importer, that is related with your global email setting which not setup correctly, you can check my attached screenshot below.

To test this, you can click on "Test mail" button from your backend > system > global configuration > server .

I would suggest you consult this with your web hosting provider to get the correct your mail server information.
