If you look in the pending posts section you will see the list of outdated posts. These were imported in the last 12 hours

I've checked from your site, it seems like the most outdated post is coming from this RSS feed -> http://feeds.feedburner.com/blogspot/EaOaq?format=xml

You can refer on my attached screenshot below.

The reason why it will import those outdated post into Easyblog is because those outdated post still exist from the RSS feed URL.

Unfortunately currently we do not have a setting to configure which year post can import into Easyblog.

If you look at your screenshot, you provided. You will see a list of 10 blog posts from 10 different blogs that came in in the last 12 hours. So they are not coming from just one blog.

Your program states the crob will fetch the most recent blog post.

Could it be, that having the digit 1 set, forces the fetch to find 1 post, and overrides 'most recent'?

I will explain how is the feed importer workflow, for example this RSS feed URL -> http://feeds.feedburner.com/blogspot/EaOaq?format=xml

Let said this is your feed setting you set for this RSS feed -> screenshot : http://take.ms/jeqpm

I assume your cronjob interval you set 5 minute per time
Feed cron interval you set 5 minute
Feed amount - 1

So every 5 minute it will fetch 1 latest feed from this URL http://feeds.feedburner.com/blogspot/EaOaq?format=xml until fetch all the post from this feed.

You can check my attached screenshot below, the total feed of this http://feeds.feedburner.com/blogspot/EaOaq?format=xml is around 26 if I am not wrong, through this feed importer already imported 22 feed into Easyblog, so the next 5 minute it will import the rest of the older feed from this feed URL http://feeds.feedburner.com/blogspot/EaOaq?format=xml .
