I do not quite understand what you would like to achieve. Do you mean you want to only allow super user to feature video? Or all registered users?
Whichever it is, by default, only super users will be able to feature videos and there is no setting to allow others to feature videos in EasySocial. If other registered users are able to feature videos, perhaps you can provide us your backend and ftp access so we can investigate this as the credentials you provides doesn't seem to work.

As I mentioned in my previous reply, only super users can feature videos. It is not possible to allow other users to feature videos in EasySocial.
