Hello - I would like to have a Featured (sticky) post present on multiple categories. Is this possible without me re-creating the same post over and over again??? Please say it is!!

Did you mean to have a post with multiple categories and make it sticked? If so, I am sorry but Easydiscuss don't support multiple categories.
Currently this is not possible with EasyDicuss as EasyDiscuss do not support multi categories for a single post We will see if we can add this feature into future release of EasyDiscuss or not.
