1. When showing Featured Slider, the Featured blogs get listed below. Is there a way to (when I have enabled Featured Slider) to now show Featured blogs below? Is is a bit ... too much to show both in slider and below.

Found the solution to this one! It is a "Pin Featured Posts" setting in Menu options (set to no for not showing both in Slider and top of blog list).
2. Is there a way to show thumbnail post cover in Featured Slider, or control the max size of post cover showing in Featured Slider? As it is now the Featured Slider gets massive big when users have uploaded a big (height) post cover photo. Would like slider to show same as in listing.
