Hi There I enabled the Featured Post module, but we need to make some adjustments. How can I do it? Take a look at the attached image for more details.

With Best Regards

Hi Bruno,

Please find the answer from your inquiries below.

remove the underline from the title

I believe there is some css issue with the underlined being added on your showcase slider. Can you provide us with the page url so can inspect the element closely?

remove the details info and remove the text

You can adjust the behavior of the showcase slider by going to your backend > menu item > easyblog post frontpage menu item > featured tab, http://screencast.com/t/TOJAfOA3 .

Hello Bruno,

Please replace the attached file in: ../components/com_easyblog/themes/wireframe/blogs/latest/featured.php . As for the info and content, you can turn it of in your menu item setting: http://screencast.com/t/SFasuhfwz . Please give it a try.

Bruno,

Nik has already provided the patch file and the necessary steps for you to turn this off. I have done this for you but you should probably learn how to configure this for your site?

Hey Mark, thank you for your reply, but we need to remove only the Description Text, and you removed also the Title, so now we dont have any text there. Can u fix that? Also, when u said about learn the process I think it is important but as Joomla and EasyBlog has a lot o different files to deal with a lot of css classes, I get more difficult to find where to edit, because the edit process itself I guess E can do it. I mean, I am no expert in CSS but I can make this adjustments by myself when I know where they are.

Thanks again

Hello Bruno,

I've checked your menu item setting and seems like the Show Post Title is turned off. I've enabled it.
