Is it possible for a user's Pages and MarketPlace Items to be Featured with specifics PayPlans Plans ?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to achieve this at this point of time.

I assume that you want to automatically feature the user Pages/Martketplace item when they subscribed a plan on the site?

If yes, unfortunately it is not possible to achieve this is because the user id is not fixed, unless you want something like feature a specific user id.

Yes exactly, the user id is variable.

I suppose in this case that the PayPlans App should be completed and to add the settings as attachments :
