Featured article no display in the mobile layout

Dear sir/madam,

Kindly please see the attachments for your information, when i set the article to be featured, it can be display on computer but not in mobile. Please advise, thank you.

When you minimize the window size or open the screen on your mobile, the screen (the blog main page) will be same as the attachment picture. Please advise.
