Please add a trial + fixed pricing option

This would allow nonrecurring payment methods (such as bitpay) to be used for memberships that include a one-time setup fee. Then other plugins can be used to purchase more membership time (renewals and/or addons).

Unfortunately I could find no other way to do this with available plugins.
