FB Page Thumbains not generating from ES Video links

Hi,
Thumbnails are not getting generated on Facebook Page when I take a link from my website's ES Videos or ES Groups, and post if on my Facebook Page. All I am getting is a message "Just a momemt" but the thumbnail never appears (see screenshot attached).

One such example of the link is here - http://aclnz.com/interests/videos/videos/617-oracle-security-monitoring-and-analytics-cloud-service?from=listing. You may test it by posting on any FB Page or FB Group.

How can I fix this?

Hi, See the attached file which shows the outcome from FB Debugger. Still no image from ES Video posted on my FB Page.

From what I can see, your cloudflare service is causing Facebook to not be able to crawl the site. The title and message of "Just a moment" is coming from Cloudflare.

So how can I fix this?

FYI, Cloudflare is just a CDN and I have not added any custom rules there.

Ah..okay. I removed it and the issue is gone.
