I upgraded to Joomla 3.2 and followed your advice to fix the 'static' error, but now there is another one, is this a similar word deletion to fix?

Fatal error: Call to a member function loadByUser() on a non-object in ............../components/com_easyblog/helpers/socialshare.php on line 132

The page has to be refreshed to display the content correctly.
Hello Richard,

Sorry for the late reply. Yes this is fixed in the latest Easyblog I will mark this as resolved. Hope this helps.

Thanks!

Hi Nik,

When I go to the main blog menu and click on the intro title of any blog entry to take me to the main page, the error appears (example video with page link added in site details area).

If I refresh the page, the error disappears and the page looks fine (apart from the breadcrumb error in another post), so it only occurs in the first visit.

I checked the first 10 blogs going back from the latest blog to the one in the video, so they are now ok, any blog before the one in the video (ID 183 down to ID 1) should show the error as I have not looked at them.

Hello Richard,

We are still investigating the issue but for now I have added a hot fix for you in the file

JOOMLA/libraries/joomla/table/table.php

There seems to be some issue with the addIncludePath in Joomla 3.2 where EasyBlog can't load the tables which is causing the fatal error We will continue to check this out and provide a proper fix for this.

Hello Giacomo,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.
Because we're still investigating the issue, could you mind provide your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can added a hot fix for you in the file?

Best Regards
Arlex

Would I be right to assume the permanent fix is now included in 3.9.15110 and I can mark this as resolved?

The error does not appear, just checking if it is because of the temporary file fix or included as a permanent fix in the update.
