Hi,
Mark resolved this case last week
My blog is at http://cefegen.es/blog
I have just updated to version 5.0.34, and got the same error than last week.

When I click on the module categories, I get the following error:

Fatal error: Call to a member function get() on null in /homepages/18/d241338156/htdocs/CEFEGEN/components/com_easyblog/views/categories/view.html.php on line 187.
The details of my site are stored in site details.

Is it anyway of not having the same issues everytime I update?

It seems that you made a change in a file that it has been overwritten

Is there any override file to make those changes?

Regards
Hi Jose,

I am sorry for the inconvenience caused. I have inspected that the categories cannot be reached. It should be working now. Please have a look

Have a nice day ahead Jose !

Hello,
I have the same problem:
components/com_easyblog/views/categories/view.html.php on line 187 . Can you let me know how to resolve this on my own without giving away any account / FTP access?
I am using the latest EB version: 5.0.34 . Joomla! 3.5.1 Stable and PHP: 5.3.29

i also wanted to let you know that:this url
uncategorized?layout=listings

if changed to: uncategorized?layout=alabala throws another error:

Call to a member function get() on a non-object in /public_html/components/com_easyblog/themes/wireframe/blogs/categories/default.php on line 19

Thanks.
