I believe the problem you are having is most likely because some files did not get removed when you upgraded (probably due to permission issues) because you upgraded from 3.x.

What you can do is to remove / rename the file /components/com_easyblog/helpers/helper.php

By the way, it looks like your subscription has expired and in order for you to continue requesting for support, you will need an active subscription. If you have already renewed, please let us know so that we can correct this for your account.
