Fatal error: Class 'XiPlugin' not found

After upgrading to PP 4. I receive the following error and unable to access backend or frontend.

Fatal error: Class 'XiPlugin' not found in \plugins/payplans/donation/donation.php on line 18
Before upgrading I was at v.3.7. I had to manually go in my database and disable the plugin; otherwise, I was not able to access the backend or frontend.

Hey Bernad,

This donation plugin already removed in Payplans version 3.2.x. Let me know your last payplans version before upgrading to PayPlans 4. I've checked your site and you already disabled this donation plugin , so this issue is fixed.

Hello Bernard,

Yes, it seems when you upgraded previously from 3.3 version to 3.7 , then some how this plugin is not removed or possible you installed later. If you face any other issues , keep us update .
