Error when trying to access invoices on the frontend:


Fatal error: Call to undefined method PayplansHelperInvoice::getWallet() in /home/public_html/plugins/payplans/pdfinvoice/pdfinvoice.php on line 125

We have a few more errors/blank pages among this one. Can you see if this would be related to PHP version or something.

We have the latest version of Joomla and PayPlans.

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

May i know what Payplans and pdfinvoice app version you using now?

It would be best if you can update your site backend and FTP access at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so we can better have a check.

And can you guide us how you access this invoices page on your site.

Hello Chetan,

This issue is coming because you are using older version of PDF Invoice when wallet used in Payplans.
Wallet support already dropped in 3.2.x series. You need to upgrade pdf invoice with latest version 3.6.3.
Go to backend Payplans >> Apps >> App Store, here upgrade PdfInvoice app.

Update us if still issue not resolved.
