Hi guys,
You've been so helpful in the past. Thanks for your attention.

We've updated to the latest EasyBlog software (5.0.24), but whenever we try to edit a post on the front end all we get is a blank white page. If got a pic for reference.

We CAN edit our posts on the admin side, but would prefer to have both options.

Any help would be great.

Thanks

Colin
Hey Colin,

I believe you most likely encounter this issue due to the conflicts with Rokbox. Can you try applying the fix outlined at http://stackideas.com/docs/easyblog/administrators/troubleshooting/conflicts-with-rokbox ?

Mark,
Thanks for the quick reply. We don't have the Rokbox plugin on our site. Could it be something called "Videobox"? We use it to for a lightbox overlay on our site.

Hey Colin,

I am really sorry that delay of this reply,

Can you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can help you check on this?

I think I found the problem for this. I am using a bootstrap based template and while doing some digging I found that '.modal' in the template files was set to 'display:none;' - if I changed the class of the 'contentpane modal' to 'contentpane modals' in the developer tools, then everything works.

I think this is because 'modal' is a bootstrap class. I found this which was a problem with K2 front end editing because of modals:

http://www.joomlaworks.net/forum/k2-en/38640-k2-and-joostrap-modals-conflict

let me know if that makes sense, and where we would change that.

thanks
robb
