Additional Information:
- It is not possible to add new articles anymore. This guides always to the same failure message.
- It is also not possible to open one of the templates (News, Events, Videos....). Leads to the same failure message.

In case you have a solution for the issue please describe it for beginners....as I am a beginner.

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue? You may store your site access at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so you don't have to provide these information all the time

as the site is (and shall remain) on a local mashine I did not provide site access when I purchased your product and in consequence I have no possibilities to provide you the back end.
Beside the above illustrated failure message: 1062 Duplicate entry '337' for key 'PRIMARY' I get nowadays Warning and Fatal Error messages when I enter easy blog from the frontend.

It is very difficult for us to tell you what the error is and how it is generated. As for the errors that you are getting on the front end, it seems like the template is trying to render an error page but there is an error with their error page.
