An error message pops up and says that it can't find any record of purchase from my account. My order id was SI141210-1901-68120 on 9 January. How can I continue to upgrade to 1.3.15 from 1.3.13?

Can you try regenerate your API key on the Stackideas dashboard and try again. If this issue is still persist, perhaps you can provide us with backend access and FTP access so that we can help you update EasySocial to the latest.

As a friendly reminder, any customization on EasySocial will get override by the update. It is best for you to backup all customization on your site so that you can apply it to your site after this update.

Please advise.
