Failed, imap is not compiled with PHP

Hi,
I am getting this error when testing email parser "Failed, imap is not compiled with PHP". The configuration is ok because it show me success on my local host at development time. I had tested in local apache host and it works fine. But on server I am using nginx and its not working there. Any advice ? Please check attached screenshot.
Hello Niamul,

This is most likely because PHP isn't compiled with Imap. You can try to look this up under your php info and see if imap is compiled with PHP? If you believe that PHP is already compiled with IMAP and it isn't working, Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?
