Could you advise on the FTP access again? I am able to log in to your site's backend but I am not able to access your site's FTP / File manager that you've provided. Trying to log in with the Direct Admin link that you've provided returns me a Document not found error.

It seems like there are 2 user plugin that is throwing errors that causes the issue. The 2 plugins that are causing the issue is as shown in the screenshot: https://db.tt/6GdIV4AS

I would just like to bring this to your attention where the UCenter plugin is throwing an SQL error, also shown in the screenshot: https://db.tt/qYgS7O9C

Anyway, regardless of both that error, I've added a patch on EasySocial to workaround those issue, in which even both of that plugin is enabled, the registration should now work properly. Can you please give this a try again?
