I applied the fix at JoomlaFolder/administrator/components/com_easysocial/themes/default/regions/init.php and it should be showing fine now.

Also, I had executed the following SQL query and helped you to initialize the countries and states already:

ALTER TABLE `#__social_regions` ALTER `parent_uid` SET DEFAULT 0, ALTER `parent_type` SET DEFAULT '';

Can you take a look and see how it goes?
