I can see a large number of error lines in the blog and forum area when not logged in and in the forum area when logged in:

............./libraries/joomla/factory.php on line 224

I have attached a screencast link with the website access.

When I logged in it took me to the home page instead of the social menu.
Hello Richard,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a public holiday for us here.
Thanks for clarify in a video regarding your issues.
I have tried to access your page and logged in (Tested in Chromn and Firefox), it seems like no any error shown to me, could you can check your side again? Please advise.

Hi Arlex,

It seems to be a temporary error immediately after I amend an existing blog entry but disappears after I log out and log in again, possibly a cache problem?

The cache clears every 15 minutes, perhaps it clears during this short time period, can you confirm there is nothing wrong with the code at line 224 that would cause the problem?

I am changing a lot of image html code links in the blogs at the moment, to new image locations in a more structured directory tree before removing the old image locations, would this possibly be a cause?

Hello Richard,

Good day. The codes are from JFactory which is a Joomla core library file. I took a look at so I can confirm that the codes are looking fine. As for your issue it seems like it's coming from the Joomla session. It has something to do with getting the user. Perhaps this is a one time issue? If it happens again do inform us

Thanks!

Hi Adelene,

I agree it is related to the Joomla session and seems to be a temporary issue that goes away if I log out and log in again. Thank you for confirming the codes are fine, marking issue as resolved.
