When auto posting to Facebook, the URL to the blog is /my-blog-dashboard/entry/myblog.html, but when viewing the blog from the front page, the URL is blog/entry/myblog.html. What happens in this case is when the visitors are redirected from the Facebook post to the blog (the first URL), and FB like the page, it gets counted for that page. But if someone naturally discovers and reads the blog from my site (the second URL), none of the FB likes are accounted for because of the different URL path. Is there a reason why the Facebook posts don't use the same URL as from the front page?

Thanks
Jereme
Hello Jereme,

It's most likely that you configured EasyBlog to use the "Current active menu" for the SEO settings and that is why EasyBlog is actually using the active menu specified (when you create a new blog post). Can you try changing the SEO behavior to "Default" and see if the problem still persists?
