Hi,

When I click the Renew Token for Facebook Autoposting the javascript is not working - nothing happens...

Hello Carsten,

Sorry for the late reply. This is a common issue with Facebook. Actually I'm not sure why it happens but you can do 2 things here:

1. Delete from App centre
- Login Facebook
- Go to your App Centre
- Go to Your Apps
- Locate the autoposting app and delete it
- Revoke access in EasyBlog Autoposting setting and sign in again

If the date remains the same then you will have to

2 - create a new app for the autoposting.

I deleted the app and revoked it, but the Facebook login button does does respond in EB Autoposting setup...4

Hello Kaliya,

So sorry for the delay in getting back to you. The login you gave me is the Facebook page login. You cannot use the Facebook page to login to your EasyBlog Facebook autoposting. You will need to login to a profile which is the admin of the page you are going to autopost to. Please try to login to your Profile and login in EasyBlog. Hope this helps.

Hello Kaliya,

Thanks I can login now. The account your sent me is not the owner of the app used on this site? i can't check the app settings but I suspect that the secret key is wrongly entered. Please double check the secret key. I am able to login with the test app I created in your account. Hope this helps.

I deleted the app for silvergoldadvisor.com as I thought it was necessecary to create a new one. Please do what is needed to make it work. Thanks for all your kind help on this

I have setup the Autoposting. Now you will need to make the personal profile you sent me a admin of the page. I have sent and invitation please accept it in the email. Then try to autopost and it should work. Hope this helps.

Where do I mke the Personal Profile? I have not received any kind of invitation yet - should I do something to get it? I use Autopost for the Feedimported articles, so I'm not sure what I should do "to autopost"?

All of this worked fine before, so I'm very sorry to pull you through it all, but I'm just so bewildered about it now...

I just had some articles from Feedimporter, but they are not Autoposted on Facebook - does it have something to do with the invite you write about I have to accept - have still not received it...

Hello Kaliya,

I believe my colleague has invite your facebook account (c*@sil*********.com ) to be an admin for the facebook page (Silver Gold Advisor) which you need to accept it: http://screencast.com/t/qlh9y4S2xc Once you have accepted it, to be safe, you can re-authenticate your facebook account with EB Autoposting. To do this, you need to revoke the token, and authenticate it by clicking the sign in button. hope this helps.

So sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I have signed in for you. Also i suspect your issue with the Facebook button is because you have a pop up blocker? Please turn it off. It works with no issues here.

Hi Adelene,

I disabled my pop-up blocker and revoked the token, but still have the same problem - both with FF and Chrome. I'm so sorry, but could I ask you to sign-in one last time, then I will just leave it and hope I can renew the token somehow next time.

Hello Kaliya,

I've re-authenticated your facebook account and now the autoposting is working fine: http://screencast.com/t/1Lz3Rj38onV . The facebook button is not clickable because of the template you are using has compress the CSS. I've turned off the compression. Hope this helps.
