I keep getting an email message stating my Facebook Access Token is expiring soon. I just reset the token 2 weeks ago and my token doesn't expire until Jan 15, 2017.

Is this typical? Do I have to change this token every couple weeks or am I missing something? Is this something I can ignore until the actual expiration date displayed in Autoposting | Facebook?

Thanks for any help that's out there today.
Hey Janis,

Perhaps you can provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so we can better have a check?

Because it shouldn't so fast notify you since you said that you just reset the token before 2 week, it should notify you when the token expired before 1 week time.

I probably should have provided backend access initially, but didn't. Is there any way to do so without everyone else knowing that access info? If so, just let me know. I have an account created for you.

Ok, I added credentials at the link provided in your reply. You should be able to login to the backend now. I tested the credentials and they do work. Thanks Arlex!

Thanks Janis,

Yes, your site details only our moderator can see it when you put into http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site .

It seems like that is a bug, I will create a ticket in our codebase and we will include the proper fix in next release version.

For now you can ignore that email notification first is because your Facebook token expired date at next year January.
