Hello,

We have facebook share image issue on our site http://www.workingfromanywhere.com.au/

Sometimes image is not loading when share or like and sometimes wrong image is showing. We have checked the og:image tag that there is correct url and also checked the blog url on https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/, there it showing the error "og:image was not defined, could not be downloaded or was not big enough. Please define a chosen image using the og:image metatag, and use an image that's at least 200x200px and is accessible from Facebook. Image 'http://www.workingfromanywhere.com.au/images/easyblog_images/682/2e1ax_yoo_avenue_module_Wharf-for-About-page.jpg' will be used instead."

We checked that our og:image is having 400*225 size still it is showing the error and wrong url.

For example you can see our blog post http://www.workingfromanywhere.com.au/working/wfa-tips/entry/simplifying-the-paper-trail

We have also attached some screen shots. Please review and advice.

Thanks.
Hi Vijay,

I am sorry for the late reply.
I have inspected your site and it seems like this url: http://www.workingfromanywhere.com.au/working/wfa-tips/entry/simplifying-the-paper-trail when I run it over Facebook debugger, it gives me:
URL 'http://www.workingfromanywhere.com.au/images/easyblog_images/682/150119 Evernote Blog/b2ap3_thumbnail_20150112_134121.jpg' for property 'og:image:url' of the object at 'http://www.workingfromanywhere.com.au/working/wfa-tips/entry/simplifying-the-paper-trail' is invalid because it contains whitespace characters.

It seems like there is an issue with the media manager file creation where it doesn't clean the url. To fix this, can you help me do a database backup so that if anything happen, we can revert it back to the original. Also, can you provide us with FTP access so that we can assist you much quicker.

Please update us once you have backup your database.
Please advise.

Hi Vijay,

I am sorry for the late reply.
I have fix this issue on your site. However, you need to reassign the blog image on these 2 blogposts:
http://www.workingfromanywhere.com.au/working/wfa-tips/entry/simplifying-the-paper-trail
http://www.workingfromanywhere.com.au/working/wfa-tips/entry/find-a-digital-nomad-location-independent-wfa-er-working-nearby-now

I have tried sharing these 2 blogpost to Facebook, it shows the correct image. Can you check this and verify it for me?
Please advise.
