Hm, did they initially entered a password when they create their Facebook account? I guess the problem is most likely because they did not set a password when they initially register with their Facebook account. Hence, when they try to reset the password, they won't be able to supply the current password,

I think the custom field should be intelligent enough to know that if the user signs in with Facebook, it shouldn't be asking for their original password. I don't have a quick patch for this custom field right now but I have logged this ticket internally so that we'll fix this in EasySocial 2.1
Temporarily, here's what you can do. Edit the profile type and disable the option highlighted here for the password field,

This way, they don't have to enter their original password to change their password (Since they don't know their password as it is generated by the system)
