Is it possible to limit registrations to Facebook only?

Unfortunately that was not possible at this point of time.

Said another way, can regular registration be disabled so that the ONLY option for registration is using by using Facebook?

Unfortunately that was not possible now but you can manually modify or hide the regular registration code from the file.
