Hello GM,

I am sorry for the late reply.
I have tried to login to your site only but however, it seems like didn't activate our access yet. Here my screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/fYIrR4Yu2 . Can you provide us with the correct access credentials to your backend and ftp access so that we can help you debug this issue and fix it.

Please be advise.
Thanks.

Hello GM,

I can't understand you well, what do you mean by facebook publish button. Do you referring to the Facebook social button in the blog? If so, I believe that your site have a conflicting script. This is because, the rating system doesn't display correctly. Screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/9RSh3tQ2u3 . I also noticed that there are a lot of uncaught referenceerror & failed to load resources error in your site: http://screencast.com/t/LOCvmCRX829W . May I have your permission to re-install EasyBlog in your site to fix the reference error? If you have done customization, please backup your site first so that all your customization will not get override.

Please be advise.
Thanks.

I just got a mail from my hosting.

They changed my domain to CGI in stead of fast CGI, it seems that this is getting no server conflict but now there is an other conflict.
This:

0 (#200) The user hasn't authorized the application to perform this action

my hosting is asking you to get in touch with you if you guys know this message. So he knows if this is an extension problem.

Hello gm bos,

Sorry for late reply to this,
Do you mean that when you trying to publish a blog post then hitting this error right?
0 (#200) The user hasn't authorized the application to perform this action

If yes, first you should check back with your Facebook apps domain name is it set correctly after your webhosting changed your domain name.
Second, click revoke access link from your backend > Easyblog > Autopost > Facebook
Third, delete the Facebook apps from your Facebook > setting > apps > check my screenshot below.
Fourth, after you deleted, then you click "Sign in with Facebook" from your backend > Easyblog > Autopost > Facebook
And see how it goes?

If you need assistance, please provide us with your Facebook access as well.

My hosting would like to install the easyblog plugin in a clean joomla installation test. Because he still remains fast cgi error the error message like i talked in #25139, wich i should let you update when there was news about. He thinks that both problems (the automatic publish facebook error and the facebook icon wich is dissapeared) has to do with the server or something. Would you make a test download or can you extend my license so that they can test the plugin on the error message with their server to do? now my license but valid for 1 domain.

Hello gm bos ,

I'm really sorry that delayed of this reply,
I have help you configure the Facebook apps (http://www.gaikebos.com) and replace the App id/App secret id in Easyblog Facebook autoposting configuration page (test site), it work fine now when i published a test post, check my screenshot below.

And the Facebook social button appeared in your blog entry page. May i know this both issues still persists on your live site? Please advise.

What I've just done is your facebook data of the test site over at my live website. The error 500 where I was talking about in topic # 25139 is gone! YES, THANKS!

But the facebook button, I referring to the Facebook social button in the blog is still not visible on the live website. You suggested to reinstall easyblog because you believe that my website have a conflicting script. The rating system shouldn't display correctly. Screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/9RSh3tQ2u3 . Do I lose all my blogs and settings then? I have created a backup, do you want to keep me informed if you are going to install the easyblog again?

Thanks in advance.

ps you do not have to apologize though, you guys are very busy, i understand!

Strangely enough the facebookbutton spontaneously present again?! I have the template maker asked and he gives this response:

If you have always this problem , you can try to disable the sticky menu (in template manager, option "main menu --> Drop down menu fixed or not"

I will try if it occur again.
