Hello!

I want to let users log in/register with their facebook account. Right now, when I try to login it displays a registration page (see login02). I don't want to link the facebook account to an existing account. The facebook account should BE a new account.

Thanks
Hi there,

Maybe you can try to replace attached file at this path .../components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/oauth/default/default.php and see how it goes

Hi there,

It seems that those files existed on your folder as shown https://screencast.com/t/s7g8ip6K. By the way, maybe you can do template override on this path templates/protostar/html/com_easysocial/oauth/default/default.php and see how it goes.

Hey Abdul,

Thanks, I found the correct path and it did indeed remove the unecessary content.

However, I don't want users to have to click too many times, so is it possible that an account is automatically registered when clicking the "login with facebook" button. I.e. skip the page where the users have to click the button "maak mijn account aan"?

Hi there,

Currently, we cant achieved that as it required other user to go through this steps in order to fetch user's information. Thanks for your understanding

Hi Abdul,

I understand, too bad though, but not the end of the world. One final question:

Is it possible to display the user's avatar at the top of the "maak nieuwe gebruiker aan" section?

Thanks!

Hi!

Thanks, that's perfect!! However I can't seem to tweak the welcome title as displayed in the attachment. I want to have it in Dutch instead of English, and searching to override "COM_EASYSOCIAL_OAUTH_WELCOME_TITLE" in Joomla doesn't show anything...

Hi there,

You can do language override on your Dutch language on this string COM_EASYSOCIAL_OAUTH_WELCOME_TITLE using this translations,
"Hello %1$s, welcome to the site"
. Please give it a try and see how it goes.

If problems still persist, please provide us with valid backend access credentials for further check on this issues. Please advice.
