Hey, I'm having an issue with new users that register using the Facebook login. The login works for anyone who registered before a certain time. The only thing I can think of being different since then is an update from EasySocial.

The issue is that when they register through the Facebook login, they get through to the part where it says that they have successfully created their profile, but then logs them out. I attached an image of the mess they see once they try logging in again.

I used a Facebook app test user to see what my newly registered users are seeing because I couldn't get their issue with my account because it was registered much earlier.

I tried adding a Register menu item as I was researching these forums and found some people had a Facebook login issue solved by doing that, but that didn't help. I already had a EasySocial login layout menu item anyway, but it didn't help anything.

Any ideas on the problem? I don't want to lose users because of this issue so quick help would be greatly appreciated!

Is it possible provide us with your Facebook access, Joomla backend access, and FTP access so we can help you check on this issues?
I have tried to access in your Joomla backend, but I hitting this, check my screenshot below.

Hey Arlex,

If you sign in through cloudaccess.net and click application -> login to Joomla! from there you will bypass the Joomla sign in with the two code authentication. I provided those details along with the Facebook test user details.

I'll also provide my Facebook details (my facebook login works with the site since it registered much earlier than the new users)

I'm really sorry that delayed of this reply, I have tried to access in your Facebook account, but it seems like this user account do not have the permission to access
https://developers.facebook.com/ , because the Facebook show me this error :
Users not logged into their personal account cannot access developers.facebook.com

is it possible provide us with your Facebook account which configure this Facebook apps and integrate with the EasySocial? So I can able to double check with your Facebook apps is it configure correctly or not. Please advise.

But I'm not able to access in your Joomla backend through cloudaccess.net and click application -> login to Joomla!
