I followed the instructions to create a Facebook app but get the following error when attempting to register (see attachment).

Any ideas what I may have done wrong?
Hello Ian Thomas,

It seems like you hitting this error is mostly you haven't setup the Facebook apps completely, can I have your Joomla backend and Facebook access so we can help you configure on this? Please advise.

Hi Alex,

can you check out the screenshots attached to see if you can tell the settings issue? There really wasn't much to set up, so it must be something simple?

Hello Ian,

From your attachments, I can see you didn't setup Facebook apps properly. Your apps domain is empty. Can you refer to this: http://docs.stackideas.com/administrators/configuration/facebook . If you unable to do this, perhaps you can provide us with your Joomla backend and Facebook access so we can help you configure on this?

Please be advise.
Thanks.

Hello Ian,

I have setup your Facebook Apps. You can try proceed to setup EasySocial's Facebook Integrations because I can't login to your backend.
You do not have access to the administrator section of this site.

Please give it a try first and see how it goes. If you encounter problem, please do provide us with active backend access so that we are able to assist you on this issue. If you have anymore question, please don't hesitate to ask us.

Hope this will help.
Thanks.

Hi Mohd,

You may want to check at your end as someone has tried to access my FaceBook account, so not sure if you have an issue at your office?? Anyway, no harm as all locked out and I stopped the attempt.

On the issue, it looks like it may be working now? Did you change anything on the backend?

cheers

Ian
