I got a warning from facebook when testing the facebook login. I have got a facebook api id.

Pls advise how to avoid such warnings. Where to configure to avoid this?

Many thanks.
Hi Seth,

You can just ignore this warning by clicking Okay, if your apps is working correctly. Facebook just telling you that some of the permission need to be approved by Facebook before it can be used.

However if you still insisted to avoid such warning, you can submit the apps for review.
To fix this, you need to send submit item for approval in your Facebook Apps.
1. Go to your Facebook Apps and edit it. Navigate yourself to Status & Review section from the left sidebar and Click the Start a Submission button.

2. Select publish_actions permission and click Add Items button.

3. Complete the required items listed.

4. Complete "App Details" the required items listed.

5. After you done the "App detail", then go back to "Status & Review" and click "Add Notes" button.

6. Provide the required information and click Save button.

7. Provide step-by-step how to access Facebook login

8. Upload the screen-shots regarding how you will use Facebook in your app.

9. Tick that checkbox and Click Submit for Review button at the bottom-right corner.

10. Accept the terms and conditions and click Submit button.

11. You will get the notification - “On average, submissions will be reviewed within 7 business days.” Click OK.

12. You will get App permission approval notification.

Hope this helps and please update us back on this issue.
Thanks.

Hello Seth,

When a user posts a new update on your EasySocial site, publish_actions would allow your site to post to Facebook on behalf of the user

How about the second part of the question:

"What type of content (e.g. photos, stories) does your app share, and what button do people click to publish to Facebook? Please add detailed instructions so our review team can reproduce this permission."

Pls help....as I'm a bit confused...sorry..

Hello Seth,

I really can't give you an answer of "what type of contents" are your site sharing as it really depends on what your site is all about? For instance, for porn industry, most of their users would be sharing pornographic contents. So it really depends

As for the button, the user's only need to click on the "Share" button on your site's stream and it will actually auto post to Facebook
