Hi Fidel,
in my facebook app settings I have the redirect set to https://vghl.myvirtualgaming.com
Can you provide me a screenshot of this page?

If you are referring to the 'Valid OAuth Redirect URIs' setting in Facebook app, you should use the urls from here: http://take.ms/x52XQ

If the issue persist, can you provide us the backend and Facebook app access so we can investigate this?

Let us know once you have done so.

Hi

Attached is a screenshot of the page that the user is redirected to after login, along with my app settings.

Thanks

Hey Fidel,

Can you add your domain https://vghl.myvirtualgaming.com into the 'Deauthorize Callback URL' field, save, then try again? http://take.ms/Ymvgb

Hey Fidel,

I tried signing in with your Facebook and the page looks normal after login(http://take.ms/M6xi2). Am I missing something here?

May I know whether your issue happens to new FB user registration only?

I am not able to load the backend(redirects to frontend) propbably because I do not have the correct url. Please advice.

I haven't tried with registration yet, just login.

When logging in, I was being redirected to the page that I showed you which has no content. Now I am being redirected to the community page but first, that broken no content page loads in the fb sign in pop up. Is there no way to eliminate this? Also, is there no way to keep the user on the page they were on when logging in instead of forcing them to the community page?

Oh I get it now. You're referring to the page in this popup correct(http://take.ms/F4iiq)?

It cannot be eliminated, but it is possible to reduce the time that it is up. Currently the duration is 3 seconds.

I have helped you edit the following file and changed the duration to 0.1 seconds.
JoomlaFolder/components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/oauth/popup.js
is there no way to keep the user on the page they were on when logging in
Have you set this to 'Stay on the same page'(http://take.ms/B2R2o)? I tested this in my local instance and it's working.

If the issue persist, can you provide me your backend url because I'm not able to load your backend page.

It seems mine is set to "stay on same page" but it still redirects to the community page.

Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

It seems like I can replicate this issue in internally, I will log this into our issue tracker.

The fix sees to be working. Only issue now is the setting to keep user on the same page still doesnt work. Users still get transported to the dashboard/stream page

Hey Fidel,

Perhaps you can record another video how to reproduce this issue so I will check it again.
