I set up the social integration and all buttons are showing, except facebook. And other plugin I'm using is working fine with articles in joomla, facebook button is showing up. I already disabled the plugin to test if there is a conflict, but that's not the case. What else can it be?
Hello Elvira,

Hi Arlex,

I think it is. Funny thing is that I can see the button on my mobile....but then some other buttons dont show. I could try to set up a new APP id.

Hello Elvira,

Sorry for late reply to this,
I have applied some css in your file /css/theme.css" in template "yoo_nano3".
#eb-fblikes.alignleft{
width:100%
}

Try clear all the browser cache, joomla cache and see how it goes.
But i noticed you added 1 more row social button in your blog page?

Hi Arlex,

I did what you asked, but I still don't see the facebook button. Yes I've installed an extra plugin to test it in non easyblog articles. In non easyblog articles, so just joomla articles, the facebook button shows. In the easblog articles, the same plugin doesn't show the facebook button, just like the social buttons that come with easyblog.

Hello Elvira,

Sorry for late reply to this,
I have checked in your site again, it seems like the browser still loading the old css code, because i have applied that css code, the browser doesn't load it, please have a check my attachment "Pic2", I'm suspected that was cached, you have to consult this with your current template provider and see how it goes.

Also consult this with your template provider => check my video link : http://screencast.com/t/cbMuAQlKhw

I have do another testing, if i change your template to Joomla default template(Protostar), everything is work fine.

I got it. I'm using a different css style with the theme. I applied the code to the correct one and the button is now showing up. Not with the other plugin though, but it does with the easyblog integration.

Oh it's that other social share thingy. (when you mentioned that you saw another row of social share buttons). It's the ITP share plugin. I use that one on articles. Should the FB button show up with that plug also after inserting the code to the css?

Hello Elvira,

Yes, you have to insert the code and see how it goes?
Because I have tried if using the Joomla default template, everything is fine including your ITP share plugin.

But I already put in the code and the facebook button is indeed showing, only not with ITP. Or do I need to put in the code somewhere else also?

Ok, here's someting strange....

Right now there's no facebook plugin showing on the ITP plugin. I made a blogpost which also shows up in the easysocial stream. When I go to the article from the stream, the facebookbutton shows! But when I go back to the frontpage to the frontblogpage there's no facebook button and when I go to the article from the frontpage there's still no facebookbutton.

So the button only shows when I got to the article from easysocial stream. Hmmmmmm

I turned the ITP plugin off in the easyblog articles, and am using the easyblog integration. So that should work fine. We can change this topic to solved.

See if you are seeing the buttons when you are logged into facebook or logged off from facebook. So login to facebook... then visit your page... logout of facebook and then visit the page... do the buttons only appear when you are logged into facebook then dissapear when you are no longer logged in? That is what happens on my site... along with the fact it seems to only affect Firefox and Safari.
