Hello! Thank you for helping to set-up Facebook integrations. Currently it shares posts as a link. Is that possible to share like a normal text post so Facebook followers could see the full text?
Hey Slava,

Not really sure if I understand you here. Would you mind including a screen shot of the link that you are referring to?

I have attached an example. As you see Easy blog shares a link to Facebook and the post itself. The major disadvantage of this is that followers don't see the full text.

Hi Slava,

You can set the max content setting in EasyBlog's Facebook autoposting section: http://take.ms/SrG8s

However, if you do not see more content showing, then Facebook most probably has its own restriction as well.

I did that, but it is still limited by Facebook as you said.
My request is that to change the integration action from EasyBlog to Facebook. Instead of "share a link" it should be "publish a post". I have seen that done by other applications.

Hey Slava,

Actually we do not control the "share a link" text. It is controlled by Facebook.
I have seen that done by other applications.
Perhaps you can share with us where you see this done so we can check it out.

It works well with Hootsuite. It seems you don't understand me clearly. I don't ask you to provide more text, it is impossible in "share a link" action. The thing I need is to share post in Facebook, not the link.

Hey Slava,

I'm not sure how Hootsuite post their status updates. As far as Facebook's api goes, when autoposting from their app, it will always be in 'share a link' action so it's impossible to achieve what you want.

If you really want to post in Facebook with this format(http://take.ms/UfGrz), you can manually share the post(http://take.ms/rsU9C).
