What is the difference between facebook ID and Application ID?

I believe you want to insert the details into Admin ID and Application ID which is in the Social Integration's Facebook Settings.

Facebook ID is the ID that belongs to your Facebook account and Facebook Application ID is the ID that belongs to your Facebook Developer's Application. https://developers.facebook.com.

But for the Admin ID, you need to paste the Facebook ID which is the creator of the Application ID that you paste.

You can look for your Facebook User Profile ID at https://findmyfbid.com/.

Where can I find the requested data on my facebook fanpage?

Perhaps it would be the best that you can explain more about it with some screenshots as I do not really understand it?
