I have setup facebook broadcasting to our FB page, but how can it be setup so members posts or group posts will broadcast to their respective FB pages?

Hi Colin,
Facebook no longer allows users to autopost to their own profile. This means everything has to be autoposted to a centralized page, which you can select from the backend autoposting section.
