I currently have our installation of Easyblog set to autopost to our companys Facebook and Linkedin accounts.
Our Facebook autoposting token was set to expire on November 2nd, but it isn't sending the posts to our Facebook page.

Could you please offer a little assistance to help us soet out what is happening with this issue?

We have been fighting to get this working reliably off and on for a year now.
Hi there,

Can you provide us with your facebook credentials in order for us to re-do it for you? I have set this ticket to private so nobody can see your credentials given. Please advice.

Refreshing the tokent isnt a problem for us, my concern is that the current token we have for autosposting for Facebook is set to expire on November 2nd.

Is there a reason why the token would still be showing as valid but not posting to Facebook? We need to know how long the token is going to last so we can reliably schedule when to refresh the token instead of being caught off guard like we have been.

I have attached a screenshot showing the token expiry date.

Sorry for the confusion above.

Actually, we also dont have any idea why it isn't posting to Facebook because got a lot of user asking the same question regarding this. One of the solution is to remake again your auto-posting as stated on this Documentation. Recreate/remake it again and see whether it posting or not. If not, maybe you can gave us your valid credentials on your backend and FTP access for further check on this issues. Please advice.

Is this issue something that you are actively working on fixing? Is there any type of estimate as to when this issue might be solved?

We need to make sure that our posts are going out when they are scheduled, so we need a reliable solution for this.

Do you suggest renewing the token monthly for now?

Actually, we cant replicate this issues on our end. This might be because of some modifications made by facebook and may need to be recreate it again. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Can you please give us with your valid backend as given backend is not accessible as shown http://prntscr.com/czgvpk and FTP access for further check on this issues. Please advice.
