I am trying to create the autoposting app for facebook.

Before you can submit for review, complete the following:
Complete each of the items above.

For each of the items it is asking me to upload a screencast for review.

I really dont know how to get this approved so you can help me with this

Hello Don,

Generally the reason why Facebook requires you to submit the app for review is because they want to ensure that site owner's doesn't spam their platform or spread fake news.

The question is, do you really need to submit the app for review?

* If you are the only user that is going to link your Facebook account with the Facebook app (assuming that the Facebook app is created by the same user), you do not need to submit the app for review.

If you are going to allow other users on your site to link their Facebook account, then you need to submit the app for review. The submission process should indicate:

1. The reason why you are building this site and what is the site all about

2. Explain to Facebook why do you need the auto postings. What information are you transmitting to them.

3. Capture several screen shots of your site and also the auto posting area in EasyBlog to give them a glimpse on how your app would be beneficiary for your site and also Facebook.

All of this is really beyond our jurisdiction because we can only provide the platform, everything else is subject to their approval

I am the only user for this app. I am the only one using easyblog

So what setting do I have to choose so that I dont have to review?

You could choose publish_actions for auto posting to your profile. If you need to auto post to a Facebook page, then you will need publish_pages and manage_pages.

I need a more specific answer than this please

I spent the better part of my entire sunday trying to get this set up.

The reason I spent money on easy blog was so that it would SAVE ME TIME so I dont have to make duplicate posts to my blog and facebook and twitter.

What do I need to do to set this autopost up. I need specfic answers

I followed all your instructions but it is completely outdated compared to Facebook new interface.

*** If you are the only user that is going to link your Facebook account with the Facebook app (assuming that the Facebook app is created by the same user), you do not need to submit the app for review.

What specific setting do I need to choose so it is not submitted for review

Hello Don K,

Could you please provide us with your Facebook login credentials or add me as your friend and assign me as a developer of the app so that I could create the app for you. This is my Facebook account, https://www.facebook.com/imarklee

Hello Don,

Yep, I am all the way from Malaysia (Hence, the timezone) By the way, I believe Facebook has yet again changed their workflow for app creation (They have changed this like the 5th time this year alone) and I do apologize for the inconveniences caused (I really wish we could bypass this, believe me)

Since this is a brand new interface from Facebook altogether, I am not sure if you really need to submit the app for review. Can you try to access http://take.ms/GY4bO and click on the Facebook Sign On button ? You can access this page from the back end of EasyBlog under Auto posting > Facebook.

Let me know once you have done that.

Hello Don,

Ah great. Could you try posting one of the post and see if it gets pushed to your page? This is where it gets tricky. If it doesn't go into your Page, then it seems like Facebook now requires everyone to submit their app should they want to post on any page even if the page belongs to them. I guess this is how they want to control spams and spreading of fake news

Hello Don,

Do you want it to automatically publish upon publishing a post? If you enable the option Auto post on new post, whenever you publish a post, it gets submitted to Facebook automatically.

Mark one more issue. please help me with twitter error

it is getting error

Whoa there!
The request token for this page is invalid. It may have already been used, or expired because it is too old. Please go back to the site or application that sent you here and try again; it was probably just a mistake.

However, I just created the keys and have also regenerated it
