I have a facebook app that we set up together that apparently is going to stop working unless I change a setting. I am not sure what it means but I did not yet change the setting to YES:

Will this break our site?:

Use Strict Mode for Redirect URIs
Only allow redirects that use the Facebook SDK or that exactly match the Valid OAuth Redirect URIs. Strongly recommended.

I believe this is for EasySocial login. I have not made the change yet.

Sean
Hey Sean,

Thanks for your info, I just tested this "Use Strict Mode for Redirect URIs" new option from the Facebook app into my test live site, it seems it didn't affect user Facebook login.

What you need to do is make sure you have added your domain URI and one of the domain URI point to your Easysocial dashboard page from your Facebook app under "Valid Oauth redirect URIs" section, you can refer on my attached screenshot below.

Hope this will help.

Hey Sean,

I would suggest that for now do not enable this "Use Strict Mode for Redirect URIs" setting from the Facebook app, I will lock this issue into our issue tracker and see if we can find a better way to handle this.

Because i just realised got some issue for the Facebook login process when enabled this Strict mode.
