By the way, from the looks of your screenshot, you are using Joomla to update them? Currently, it is not possible to use them as there are issues on our updater and it will be fixed on our next release update, that is on v3.1.4.

Yes you are. There will be no overwrite issues as long as those change/customizations are done on template override files. https://stackideas.com/docs/komento/administrators/customization/theme-overriding
