We also just had a complete failure of the update process. I tried to update from within the component and it failed at the first step. It brought up a "Help Me" button which then sent an email with our site details. Now when returning to the Components menu PayPlans is no longer there, but instead a Readybytes installer component is there. Selecting that also brings up an error.

Hey Istvan,

I believe the problem is most likely because you tried to update PayPlans from the "Check Updates" button at the back end. This actually causes problem as we have updated the installer with a new installer.

Previously, PayPlans was downloaded as only a small package and not the full package. In other words, if your subscription expires you will never ever be able to install the package you downloaded.

This actually goes against the policy of JED (Joomla) and we need to adhere to the standards of Joomla in ensuring that you get a full package or if you prefer a launcher version (Which we will be updating in PayPlans 3.7)

At the mean time, if you ever need to update any sites that runs on 3.6.x, you can head over to https://stackideas.com/dashboard to download the new installer.

Thank you for the answer.
I had used the com_payplans_full_pro_3.6.3_joomla.zip package downloaded from the dashboard. And I had used the Joomla installer from package as it was suggested in the documentation page.
Thanks again.

Hey Istvan,

Hm, are you referring to the billing that you paid on our site or are you referring to the billing address in your PayPlan invoice?

Here: https://stackideas.com/dashboard
There is a Print Invoice button/link at the bottom side of the page.
But I did not find in the Profile any edit possibilities.

Ah, I see. I get what you mean now. Since this post is public, perhaps you want to start a new thread under the Sales category and provide us with the details that you want to change it to?

Also, do remember to make it private
