Hi

I'm getting the error message:
"Failed to extract file: easyblog_to_6.0.5_from_5.4.13_key_23c66cb7c795481154f3d913716fc09c_domain_jubileecollege.com"
When I try to update. What am I doing wrong?

If you upgrade from 5.x to 6.x major version, then the system required you to upload the latest launcher/full installer from the backend and proceed with this update.

You can download the installer from the https://stackideas.com/dashboard .

Perhaps you can update your site backend and FTP access so we can assist you with this major update?

By the way, ensure that you have done the full backup first.
