Hi there, I'm trying to install EasyBlog but the downloaded file is only 3.9.15155_paid_j2.5. I'm running 3.2 and when trying to install using that file an error occurs stating "There was an error uploading this file to the server" with no specific details. I've looked through the forums and tried a few of the suggested solutions for this problem such as increasing the max upload size in my localhost but to no avail. Any ideas?
Hello Edward.

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.
Yes, the most probably you hitting that error "There was an error uploading this file to the server" is because the upload_max_filesize is below 8M, could you mind check your php.ini is it the value set to 8M above? Please advise.

Hi Arlex, I've increased the limit above 8M but this has not solved it. I know this is not the issue regardless as previous problems with the max upload size display in the error box as "file_name exceeds the max limit of 1347916 bytes". Can you confirm that the file being downloaded should display as 'com_easyblog_community_3.9.15155_paid_j2.5'? I'm running j3.2.

Thanks for your help
