I want to rebuild my site from the ground up. Where is the documentation on how to export all my members/subscribers and my plans? And what problems should I look out for? Also is there someone I can pay to do this for me if I wanted to go that route?
Hello David,

Using Payplans Export app, you can export subscription, invoice and user data only. It will not export whole data.

Let me know are you rebuilding the site on existing one or on new domain, so i'll assist you.

I want to take my old site down and put a new one up. I want to carry my plans and my users to the new site. Looks like I have to update my membership which I will but can you help me do this migration. Also does Pay Plans still work with iDevAffiliate. I see there is a plug in for it.

Hello David,

To migrate user and subscription from old site to new one will require migration script. You need to write the script for migration.
Let me know on old site you have fixed plan only or recurring plans also which are active, because if you want to migrate recurring plans then it will require notification re-director also for existing recurring payments.

Yes, Payplans is integrated with iDevAffiliate. It will allow tracking of sales and refund.

OK building the new site on another server while the current site is live. Putting idev in its own subdomain is not a problem is it?
