Hi there!
Happy new year to all "stacks"

I would like to know how to build a post templates as a predefined templates from an existing post format.
- we created a post, which we would like to use as an template for our following posts
Is there something like "export as template" or export as a file, and then import ?

Or any tip or hint how ?

Regards
Klaus
Happy New Year as well klaus

Regarding your inquiry, unfortunately, it is not possible to make an existing blog post as a post template currently.

I'd like to request this feature. I have certain categories that will have more or less the same format for the posts in them and I'd like to create a template from a post.

Thanks!

Hi Nicole,

Correct me if I am wrong, do you mean you want to request for customization for this feature yes?
If you require us to perform the customization for you, you can always request for a quote from us at https://crm.stackideas.com and select "Customizations" . Our sales person would gladly send you a quote for the customization that you have requested.

Hi Muhammad,
Well if you were to offer it to everyone that's great, however if it's only for me, then it's good that I just submitted a request for a quote.
Thanks!
Nicole

Hey Nicole,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

Is it you want something like this ?

1. I have created post template A,B,C

2. I've created a new blog post using post template A

3. Then I would like to change this new blog post from post template A to B

4. Once it changed to use post template B for this new blog post, then remain those existing content?
