Hi guy's,

I raised a ticket a week ago on this bug. After a while it was finally accepted as an official bug which should have been dealt with in the update ES 1.4.5. The original ticket has been marked as resolved by I assume a member of staff , hence the new ticket.

After installing 1.4.5 and making sure all cache's have been cleared it was quickly noticed the issue has not been resolved.

Now the question is what is making you "BLIND" to this issue. You're obviously not seeing what I'm reporting otherwise you'd not be rolling out an update that does not work?

In this report I'm simply imitating an end-user and the screen dump is what they are presented with.

As you can see the bug still remains live and kicking in ES 1.4.5

Please advise if you can fix this or another wait for Version ES 1.4.6?

Cheers!
Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

Yes, the fix already included in this version 1.4.5, can you unblock my current dynamic IP address 60.53.241.134 so I can take a look of my site and see is it can reproduce this issue again?

Hi Arlex,
You guys are really great, but I have to keep saying usually in the private section of these tickets;

"I'm very sorry but you're not able to access my site as it's under development"

However, I do understand you'd like to go in and have a look so I'm cloning and publishing it under a sub-domain. You'll be able to access it there.

I'll send you the login details as soon as it has been completed. I'll also whitelist your IP#

Wouldn't it be really cool if you support guys used dedicated IP#'s instead of dynamic as it would help whitelisting

In the meantime, please update your demo site with ES 1.4.5 as I can then determine if it's isolated to my site or not.

If that's not possible for some reason then please install ES 1.4.5 somewhere and send me the details and I'll see if I get the same issue or not.

Pretty logical method, don't you think?

Cheers!

Hi Arlex,

Have a look at http://dev.axus.com/community (It's not password protected at the moment)

This is a fresh everything from subdomain to all software. Please refer to images to see what I'm and (end-users) are seeing.

By the way, you're showing up offline every Monday is this correct? (See image)

I'll give you backend access soon.

How's if going with updating the demo site or giving me access to ES 1.4.5 for testing?

Hey there,

Thanks for your suggestion, I will send this ideas to our official and see we can improve this IP stuff or not.

I would like to update in our demo site, but currently I do not have the access in our demo site, so I have to wait for another administrator guy come back only can update our demo site.

By the way, I've checked in our test site, it seems work fine for me, you can take a look of my attached screenshot below.

But it would be best if you can provide us with this dev site (http://dev.axus.com/community ) Joomla backend and FTP access so I can check on this issue again?

Hej Arlex,

Heads up! I see from the server logs you're using old credentials to login. They don't work so remove them otherwise the Firewall will block you and I'll have to remove your IP# again.

Thanks

Hi Arlex,

Thanks for showing me it works for you. This at least confirms that the setup your using is not the same as mine otherwise you'd see what I see in the screen dumps. It's evidence.

The question is what's the difference and how can you reproduce it? I'm using Windows 10 > Explorer 11, are you?

Anyhow, until I've access to ES 1.4.5 installed your end I'm unable to confirm if the issue is there too using my setup!

When I get access it would be a simple process to find out. Give me access to the site you've tested and I'll tell you by return if it works or not for me.

In the meantime I'll get you access to the dev. site.

Cheers!

Hey there,

Actually I do not know which login credentials you provided is old credentials, just what I tried to access is copy from what you insert your site detail into http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site .

I've tried to login https://axus.com/ and http://dev.axus.com/community , but it seems like you provided that login credentials is not working.

Also I unable to connect with your FTP account now.
Response:	530 Login authentication failed
Error: Critical error
Error: Could not connect to server

By the way, this is my current IP address : 60.53.241.134

Hi Arlex,

You've just triggered another IP block. I guess you've got something on auto-pilot. Please remove it. And yes I remove the block from the firewall again

Thanks awfully

Yes Arlex,

As you should know the login details have changed since they were submitted the first time. You need to remove them.

Cheers!

Okay Arlex,

Here's two things:

1. Your still showing up as offline - but then you're due to go home in an hour aren't you? Anyway this Offline is every Monday and it's also saying it's a weekend. Just so you know. Hope it helps.

2. I now understand it appears that the responsibility to remove old login details is put upon me in spite of the fact I've made it very clear that it's old and not to be used.

Please understand I did take time to look around for a link to where I could change any old info but there's no link to this under my account- at least it's not prominent and I couldn't find one.

Please correct this.

Now that you've sent me the link in your previous message I will go in a change the details myself to avoid any further confusion.

Cheers!

Hey there,

I've checked in my app, it seems like I do not have install any auto-pilot program.
Perhaps you can guide me what thing should I remove it?

As you should know the login details have changed since they were submitted the first time. You need to remove them.

You can directly access this URL for modify your site detail -> http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site

Actually that `offline` timezone is follow US time. By the way, we will online from 10AM — 7PM Monday to Friday (GMT +8)

I will forward this feedback to our official regarding this.

Hi Arlex

Nice try, but it does not follow the US time zones either. Check your clocks

Please give me access to a server of your choice with ES 1.4.5 installed so I may test Explorer 11.

Cheers!

Hey there,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply,

I already requested with our demo administrator update the Easysocial demo site to 1.4.5 version, perhaps you can test on our demo site and see how it goes?

http://easysocial.stackideas.com/

By the way, just I tested in my IE11 browser, it seems work fine, you can take a look of my video here : http://screencast.com/t/GRWaZjjpaw
